Customer Service Terms & Conditions

 

By booking an appointment with Grants Hair and Wellbeing, you consent to the following terms and conditions.

 

We are committed to providing all clients with the same quality service, without any discrimination based on age, sexuality, disability, race, or class.

 

We will always greet you with a friendly manner and carry out your service with a smile.

 

At Grants Hair & Wellbeing, we provide a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, including verbal, physical, emotional, or psychological. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

 

We want you to enjoy your time here at Grants Hair & Wellbeing so encourage you to take a digital detox.  We understand that you may need to stay connected, we just ask that you silence your phone, as there may be clients in our ‘Zen Zone’ having relaxing treatments.

 

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to every client for all services. If more time is required, please let us know and we will ensure time is scheduled accordingly.

 

Our team is well-qualified and participates in ongoing training to enhance their skills. We provide honest advice and professional opinions about your needs to ensure the best possible outcome from each visit.

 

You will always be offered refreshments during your visit during your visit.

 

If you have any allergies, please inform your host so that we can make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, we do not accept responsibility if we are not informed in advance of any intolerances or allergies.

 

Our tiered pricing structure is based on the experience and education of our team members.

 

To confirm your booking, all appointments must be secured with a credit or debit card. No payment will be taken at this time, and your details will be held securely in compliance with GDPR regulations.

 

Grants Hair & Wellbeing has a cancellation policy whereby any appointment cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the full-service fee.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the full-service fee.

 

Bookings made within 24 hours require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.

 

We understand that emergencies may occur. In the event of an emergency, please contact the salon manager at your earliest convenience.

 

We accommodate lateness up to 15 minutes after your appointment start time. However, lateness may result in a shorter service duration. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible.

 

In the event of a late arrival resulting in the cancellation of your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the service fee.

 

If extra preparation like detangling hair is needed, please book additional time. If not booked in advance, it will be added to your service. If we cannot allocate extra time, your appointment may be cancelled, and you will still be charged the full-service fee.

 

We strive to adhere to your scheduled appointment time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. In such cases, you will be informed of the expected wait time, and we will make every effort to adhere to it.

 

We are committed to performing each service with the utmost care and excellence. We will ensure that your experience is never rushed or compromised to accommodate others.

 

For all chemical treatments, including colour services, a skin patch test must be conducted to prevent any adverse reactions. Please ensure you have had a skin test 48 hours before any service.

 

We promise to always use the best quality products and equipment.  All products and equipment are used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

 

At Grants Hair & Wellbeing, we prioritise the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of our clients and staff. To ensure a clean and hygienic environment, Grants Hair & Wellbeing reserves the right to decline a service to any client whose hygiene or potential contagious infections are of concern. We kindly request all clients to ensure they are free from any such conditions prior to their appointment. This policy is implemented to safeguard everyone who visits and works at our salon.

 

If a client is turned away for these reasons, a full-service charge will be applied.

 

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, we are committed to resolving any issues within one week following your appointment. Please contact the salon manager as soon as possible after your service. Our policy is to offer a complimentary follow-up service with the same stylist or therapist to ensure your complete satisfaction. Kindly refrain from visiting another salon, as we will be unable to review or amend the initial service provided.

All personal data is securely stored within our salon's systems and will not be disclosed to any third parties. We are dedicated to fulfilling our data protection responsibilities, ensuring the safety and security of all personal data.
